- Requires a commitment of a 3 month "trial period," with a one month deposit paid upfront. Cancellation within this period doesn't incur any charges.
- After the trial period, cancel with a one-month notice at a minimum without incurring any charges. Short-notice cancellation may incur up to a $1,000 charge. This is so we can deliver all your files and data and close out your account.
- Unused hours roll over month-to-month. HOWEVER, hours are not refunded when a subscription package is canceled.
- Payable by check, Venmo, PayPal, or direct deposit with no fees. Credit incurs a 3% fee.
